Install: open the downloaded file and drag BillDesk Shop into Applications.
First launch: if macOS says it can't verify the app, open System Settings › Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway (needed only once).

Prefer the browser? Sign in on the web — it works on any computer, tablet or phone.

Questions

Yes. Windows shows this for new apps from smaller publishers. Click More info → Run anyway to continue the installation.

Yes. The app is free; you only need your normal BillDesk Shop account (free trial or any plan).

No. Sign in with the same username and password you use on the website. All your bills, customers and stock are already there.

An internet connection is needed to save bills, because your data is kept safely in your online account. If the connection drops, the app shows a message and reconnects automatically.

Yes. Install it on every billing counter; each staff member signs in with their own user.

Open System Settings › Privacy & Security, scroll down to the message about BillDesk Shop and click Open Anyway. You only need to do this the first time.
